What do you make?
Cards and crochet items.

How did you begin your making journey?
Learnt to crochet and sew at around 8 years old from my mother and aunt. Since then I tried  various forms of needlework taking a long break to be mum to 2 boys and working full time. I got back into it when they were old enough to look after themselves. I then started on cross stitch cards. Through going to craft shops to get supplies I found papercraft and the rest is history!

What is your favourite thing to make?
Cards!
Do you ever have crafting disasters?
Finishing a card and finding I've made it back to front.

If you had a crafting wish, what would it be?
To have a bigger craft room with lots of gadgets. And someone to bring me food every 4 hours.

Become a Fayre & Square Artisan

Our special team of artisans are often described as a family of craft loving, community friendly people. We are proud of our team, whose talents shine through in their craft and their obvious passion for helping others.

We sell a wide variety of homemade items created by our artisans, both in our shop in Centre Court Shopping Centre in Wimbledon and online. To keep our shop running, our artisans volunteer their time in the shop. Details of what you can do to help can be discussed.

Our artisans also donate a small percentage of sales to the project in order for us
to continue to support young people with learning or physical disabilities, mental health or confidence issues to gain work experience and skills.
