Eva Candles aka Ewa
What do you make?
I make hand-poured, natural, soy candles and reed diffusers. To achieve unique and special scents I use only the highest quality essential and fragrances oils. All my products are suitable for vegans and are paraben-free. What inspires you? I'm inspired by flame, light, warmth and scent. These aspects create exceptional energy and lift everyone's spirit. |
How did you begin your making journey?
In the beginning, I was looking for an activity to balance a high-stress level coming from my corporation career. Passion for candles I discovered as a child but working on calming down therapy while managing large teams was a perfect moment to commence my own little candle production.
What is your favourite thing to make?
My favourite is a wedding collection created especially for grooms and brides to enhance their special day. They are always bespoke, hand-finished and can be used to decorate the venue as well as unforgettable gifts for family members to thank them for sharing the event.
Do you ever have crafting disasters?
I'm confident that I have made all possible mistakes while developing high-quality products over the years. I have had successes and advances, and also setbacks and moments of doubt, but through it, all the light of inspiration has always been present to guide me forward.
If you had a crafting wish, what would it be?
I wish I could have a big workshop where I can invite others to learning classes sharing my passion and experience with others. The place full of inspiration and positive energy where we make candles, play the guitars and enjoy yoga.
